What You'll Do
- Lead projects from programming through construction administration
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
- Mentor emerging architects
- Balance design creativity with technical excellence
- Help shape projects that positively impact schools, healthcare environments, workplaces, and communities
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 8+ years of architectural experience
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Experience leading commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional projects
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and building long-term client relationships
